First you need to create and set up a profile at ThrillOut if you not already have one. You can log in or create on here

Lets use an example streaming of a CD release. You are going to release your new CD and want the world to watch. So you decide to use ThrillCast to stream, sell tickets and catch new fans you can follow up. 

From you profile go to your collaboration room and create a new project: example Stream CD "Title". Set actual dates in your calendar. This will be the landing page your fans an other go to- similar to FB events. From here you can search up and invite people into your streaming project. For instance our ThrillCast Team, producers, your label, sound-technicians, management. 

When your team is ready you can start conversation with your peers and plan your project. When your budget is ready and everyone agree on their split you may also sign a contract with them. Contract template are available in collaboration.  You can sign with various digital options.

Sell tickets 

We look at various solutions for selling tickets. One solution is to let people pay a minimum amount for tickets and option to give you tip.  Or you decide what you want to sell you tickets for. We recommend max 5/6 Euros.  For each ticket sold the artists will keep 1/3 of the incomes after cost for production covered and fee to collection society/performing rights organizations rights organisations which in Norway will for instance be Tono. The arranger will get 1/3 and ThrillCast will get 1/3. 

It`s what we call: "Community-Collaboration-Fair Compensation" and everyone gets happy.

Catch Fandata

We use a solution for tickets where it will be possible to fill out a form and catch som valuable fan data for artists to follow up after the gig. Data you can choose to catch is location, gender, name and email address. This information will be available in your ThrillOut profile and it`s your data. 

Payment solution

We plan to use Lemon Way payment solution that offer automatic split of payment so you don`t have to worry of use time send out money after the streaming event. This way your project members automatically get what you agree on directly to their bank account. 

Promotion

Now that your streaming gig is planned.  Make sure you share your event on ThrillOut and other social media sites, email and invite people in to your gig or get tickets for to follow your live stream.
